Our Policies

We look forward to seeing you at Lacquer Studio, located at 11895 Jones Bridge Rd, Suite 260, Alpharetta, GA 30005 (next door to Simply Beautiful Co.).

As a small, appointment-based private studio, availability is extremely limited. Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so we kindly ask that you book mindfully and respect our scheduling policies to help us continue accommodating serious and returning clients.

Please note:
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a nonrefundable cancellation of your appointment.
• Monday–Thursday appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule request.
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday appointments are considered peak appointment times. Any cancellation or reschedule for these appointments will incur a $20 nonrefundable fee, regardless of deposit amount.
• All deposits and booking fees are subject to processing/service fees and may not be fully refundable.

We completely understand that emergencies may arise. However, because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you book mindfully.

• For the comfort, safety, and scheduling of our small private studio, no children, pets, or emotional-support animals are permitted. Children and pets cannot be accommodated due to our limited space and strict appointment schedule, as interruptions can delay services and affect the next guest. Failure to follow this policy may result in cancellation of your appointment, forfeiture of your deposit, and no future bookings being accepted. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policyWe strive to provide a positive and professional experience for all clients. Respectful communication and behavior are expected at all times. Lacquer Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate toward our staff, clients, or business.
