As a small, appointment-based private studio, availability is extremely limited. Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so we kindly ask that you book mindfully and respect our scheduling policies to help us continue accommodating serious and returning clients.
Please note:
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a nonrefundable cancellation of your appointment.
• Monday–Thursday appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule request.
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday appointments are considered peak appointment times. Any cancellation or reschedule for these appointments will incur a $20 nonrefundable fee, regardless of deposit amount.
• All deposits and booking fees are subject to processing/service fees and may not be fully refundable.
We completely understand that emergencies may arise. However, because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you book mindfully.
