We look forward to seeing you at Lacquer Studio, located at 11895 Jones Rd, Suite 260, Alpharetta, GA 30005 (next door to Simply Beautiful Co.).

As a small, appointment-based studio, our availability is very limited. Each time slot is reserved especially for you, so we kindly ask that you book mindfully and respect our scheduling policies to help us keep openings available for serious and returning clients. Running late over 15 min will result in nonrefundable cancellation .

Please note that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations to avoid fees. We understand that emergencies may arise; however, a processing fee applies to all cancellations and refunds.

If you cancel without rebooking, please note that your deposit will not be fully refunded, as our business incurs processing and service fees once a deposit is accepted. To avoid this, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment instead of canceling.

Please also note that weekend appointments are highly in demand. If a weekend appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, you may lose the privilege to book weekend appointments in the future.
